To whom started to have interest in baking bread:
“What do I need to prepare?”
“Isn’t it costly to prepare the necessary equipment?”
“I just want something very basic…”

Not to worry! Let me share with you the very basic, MUST HAVE items and NICE TO HAVE items.

Must Have Equipment

Yasuko Flight Attendant Must have equipment

① Bowl to knead and proof the dough
② Scale for measuring the ingredients
③ Non-stick cooking liner or baking paper
④ Oven (with or without steam are both fine!)

for more info on baking equipment pls checkout bellacupcakecouture. I learn a lot from that website.

That’s all!!! Because baking bread is basically,
• Measure the ingredients
• Mix and Knead then Proof (Ferment)
• Bake
Isn’t it simple? Of Course, there are more equipment you can prepare to make your baking life easier but they are not a must!
