This recipe describes a recipe that combine avocado and orange into a healthy and beautiful breakfast or snack.
Material🧺
- Avocado 🥑
- Orange one 🍊
- bread 1/4
- A little almond
- A little pine nuts
Method 👩🏻🍳
1️⃣ Cut the avocado and stir into melts, add salt and black pepper, set aside
2️⃣Cut the orange and squeeze the pulp, leaving half of the orange peel for later use
3️⃣Put the orange juice into the avocado and stir evenly. If it is too sour, add a little sugar. After complete mixing, put the avocado mash into orange peel until it is even
4️⃣ Cut the bread into bread crumbles and put the avocado into the preheated oven at 190 degrees for 8 minutes
5️⃣ Put bread crumbs, almonds and pine nuts on top, a few slices of salad and a few tomatoes to make the colour more vivid, complete ✅

- 牛油果🥑一個
- 橙一個🍊
- 麵包半1/4塊
- 杏仁少許
- 松子少許
做法👩🏻🍳
1️⃣將牛油果切開然後攪拌成三溶，放鹽同黑胡椒粉，備用
2️⃣切橙並將果肉榨汁，留一半橙皮備用
3️⃣把橙汁放入牛油果攪拌均勻，如果太酸可以加少許糖，然後放入橙皮至均勻
4️⃣將麵包弄成麵包碎，連同牛油果放入已預熱焗爐190度8分鐘
5️⃣上面放上麵包糠，杏仁和松子，幾片沙律菜和幾顆蕃茄令顏色更鮮艷，完成✅
