🌱90 g Carrot 🥕 finely chopped
🌱90 g mushrooms finely chopped
🌱90 g pearl bamboo shoots, finely chopped
🌱6 fresh mushrooms, finely chopped
🌱Pine nuts 90g
🧂1 tsp minced garlic
🥬Lettuce leaves
🧂2 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
🧂1 teaspoon cornstarch
🧂6 tbsp water
Method 👩🏻🍳
1️⃣ Use 1 tablespoon of oil to saute the garlic.
2️⃣Add all the ingredients and stir fry for about 2 minutes.
3️⃣Fry the glutinous juice until heated through.
4️⃣Wrap the filling with lettuce leaves when eating.
