超好食嘅生炒糯米飯! 自己炒, 唔用電飯煲煮熟啲糯米. 自己炒糯米有油香, 兼吸收曬臘腸嘅油香味, 用電飯煲煮出嚟嘅糯米飯冇咁香口嘅. 炒30秒,焗5分鐘,又再炒30秒, 又再焗5分鐘, 炒下焗下,連續5-6次, 成個過程要30分鐘. 睇住啲糯米由白色變透明, 由鬆散到黏黏綿綿, 都幾得意㗎! 做埋個蛋絲同鹽香花生, 好食到一個點! 灑埋幾粒蔥花更加香!
