I started my yoga journey after my right ankle injury in London five years ago. It was a serious injury; I cannot walk properly for 3 weeks. The Doctor and physiotherapist suggested for doing more exercises to improve my flexibilities and mobilities.

My friend brought me to a hot yoga class. My first impression was, “Will I suffocate in the studio; how can I move and breathe at the same time?” Many questions and worries in my mind; At the end, I completed and sweated so much in this one-hour session, and I slept so well on that night.

On the next day, I signed up for the membership, that where I really start my journey. I tried different yoga classes, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Yoga wheel etc. I started to learn more about yoga. It is not only physical practice, but also how to understand my own body and mind.

In these years, I met many passionate yogis and teachers, and they always share the joy, positivity, and their own practice tips. I always felt encouraged and changes how I look at myself and be so grateful in life.

After practice for few years, I still wonder and straggle with some of the yoga poses, and I also find that the history and philosophy are very interesting. Therefore, one of my yoga teachers suggested me to take the Yoga teacher training.

It was quite challenging from the beginning. It was very physical demanding, we had two “Asana Practices” both in the morning and afternoon. Plus, many readings about Yoga history, philosophy, body anatomy and poses adjustments.

I am so grateful to have my wonderful classmates to support and encourage each other along the way, then I overcome my fears and complete the 23 days course.

Teaching and sharing my experience are always my passion and something I love to do. I created my Instagram account particular for my yoga practices and teaching appointment; i will also start to teach more private classes with a small groups (4-6 people); and also I will product more shore videos to suit different needs in the future.

      Thanks for the comments, what you need is keep moving and stretching.
      My muscles also very stif, with hard work, consistent practises, numerous of failures, what make impossible become possible!
