This morning, I tried to use different techniques to do the big brown mushrooms again. ⬆️ The last time was considered a success ✔️ But I think all eggs were slightly overdone ♨️ This time ▶️ I try to change the procedure, and surprisingly is much better than last time 👏🏻👏🏻 Hope to share with you 📣

Method 👩‍🍳

1️⃣ Prepare a 230 degree oven first, wash the brown mushrooms, and put a little salt and black pepper on the brown mushrooms

2️⃣ Beat an egg on a small bowl and set aside

3️⃣ Put the brown mushrooms in the oven for about five to seven minutes and wait until you see the brown mushrooms coming out of water.

 4️⃣Put the eggs on top of the brown mushrooms in the oven for 10-15 minutes to perfectly completed ✅

做法👩‍🍳

1️⃣ 先預備230度嘅焗爐，洗淨大啡菇，在大啡菇上放少許鹽和黑胡椒

2️⃣打一隻雞蛋放在小碗上備用

3️⃣放大啡菇入焗爐大概五-七分鐘等到見到大啡菇出水之後拿出來

4️⃣再放上雞蛋在大啡菇上入焗爐10-15分鐘完成✅
