Material 🧺

  • 1 x zucchini
  • 5 x pieces of mushrooms
  • 1 pack of vermicelli
  • ¼ x red pepper
  • Ginger few pieces
  • A little minced garlic
  • A little mushroom powder
  • A pinch of pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetarian oyster sauce
  • A little dark soy sauce

Method 👩🏻‍🍳

1️⃣ Soak the dried mushrooms in water until soft, cut into pieces, leave the mushrooms in water for later use, soak the vermicelli until soft, set aside

2️⃣ Peel the zucchini and cut into pieces, heat the wok, add a little olive oil, add ginger and garlic until fragrant, then add the zucchini, you can put a little water to make the zucchini softer

3️⃣ Put the mushrooms and oysters and fry until evenly, cover the pot, about 10 minutes, cook until the zucchini and mushrooms are soft, taste

4️⃣ Finally, put the vermicelli and red pepper shreds, stir-fry until evenly, drop a little old sauce and color, and done ✅

材料🧺

  • 節瓜1條
  • 冬菇5粒
  • 粉絲1包
  • 紅椒¼個
  • 蔥一條
  • 薑小數片
  • 蒜蓉少許
  • 冬菇粉少許
  • 胡椒粉少許
  • 素蠔油一湯匙
  • 老抽少許

做法👩🏻‍🍳

1️⃣ 將乾冬菇浸水至軟身,切粒,留下冬菇水備用,將粉絲浸水至軟身,備用

2️⃣ 將節瓜去皮後切件,燒熱平底鑊,落少少橄欖油,放薑和蒜蓉爆香,然後放入節瓜,可以放少少水令節瓜更軟身

3️⃣ 放冬菇落素蠔炒至均勻, 蓋上鍋蓋,大概10分鐘,煮至節瓜及冬菇軟腍,試味4️⃣ 最後先放粉絲和紅椒絲,炒至均勻,落少許老抽調色,完成✅
