This White Fluffy Bread is as its name, super fluffy and moist. In order to make the outcome white, it will be baked in relatively low temperature oven. Because using honey instead of sugar for this recipe, makes this bread fluffier than usual bread. Since it has very simple taste, you can enjoy them with either savory or sweet accompaniments, up to your likings!

INGREDIENTS for 8 Pieces
- 250g Bread Flour
- 14g (2 tsp) Honey
- 3g (1/2 tsp) Salt
- 3g (1 tsp) Dry Yeast
- 15g Butter (Room temperature)
- 75ml Milk (Lukewarm around 35°C/95°F)
- 90ml Lukewarm Water (around 35°C/95°F)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Prepare the bread dough with above ingredients following the “Basic Bread” https://crew-explorer.com/basic-bread-baking-guide/ instructions until dividing the dough into 8 equal size balls
- Spray a bit of water and cover with plastic wrap. Let them rest around 15 min
- After resting the dough, form the dough as shown below
- Place the seam side up and press with your hand to make a flat round shape
- Then press gently with your finger tips to get rid of the excessive air and re-form the shape nicely so the surface is smoother and the seam is closed tightly
- Put some flour on the chopstick to avoid sticking to the dough
- Press middle of the round shaped dough with the chopstick quite hard until the bottom
- After lifting up the chopstick, the shape will look like big lipsticks

- Place them on the Baking Tray lined with Cooking Liner/Baking Paper
- Spray a bit of water again and cover with plastic wrap/big container, then Proof the dough until they become about twice the size (Around 30-40 min)
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) around 10min before the Proofing is finished
- Sprinkle bit of flour on the formed dough using the Strainer (To prevent getting golden colour while baking!)
- Lower the oven temperature to 150°C (302°F) and bake 12-13min (Make sure not to get the golden colour on the surface!)
- Place the Baking tray into the oven and bake for 12-13 min
- After the bread is ready, cool the bread on the cooling rack
