Stuffed Shanghai Pak choy with Shrimp Paste!

Ingredients: Shanghai Pak choy 300g, Shrimps 170g

Shrimp Marinate: Salt 1/2 tsp, White pepper 1/4 tsp, egg white 1/2, sesame oil 1/2 tsp

Sauce: Chicken stock 150ml, Shaoxing wine/ Chinese wine 2 tsp, cornstarch 1 tbsp , water 2 tbsp


祝大家復活節快樂! 非常經濟嘅食材, 都可以登大雅之堂, 只係花少少心思去處理, 平凡嘅小棠菜, 經過修剪後, 變咗一朵小棠花, 釀埋蝦膠添, 啲客人見到一定相機食先!

材料: 小棠菜300克 -蝦仁170克

蝦膠調味料: 鹽1/2茶匙 – 胡椒粉1/4茶 – 蛋白半隻 -麻油1/2 茶匙

芡汁: 雞湯150毫升 – 紹興酒2茶匙 – 生粉1湯匙 – 水 2 湯匙
