Stir-fried udon with Japanese vegetables ( Serve for 4 persons )
🌱 Japan🇯🇵Udon
🌱 1/4 catty of sprouts
🌱 1/2 cabbage
🌱 Mushroom x4
🌱 Chives
Reminder 💡 Use a flat-bottomed wok to stir-fry the sprouts, the purpose is to remove the moisture, so that the udon is fried dry 😊
Seasoning 👇🏻
🧂Vegetarian Oyster Sauce
🧂 Mushroom powder
🧂 salt
🧂 light soy sauce
🧂Water (seasoning 1: 1 water)
Stir the seasoning and water and taste, then cook all the way and then slowly add vegetarian oyster sauce (if necessary) to avoid over-salty 🧑🏻🍳
Finally add dark soy sauce, chopped chives and a little sesame oil to finish it✅
