Plover Cove is a cove in the Tai Po District of Hong Kong near Tolo Channel and Tolo Harbour. There are many interesting attractions surrounding this cove. Sam Mun Chai fisherman village and its many floating fish farm are definitely worth a visit. Walking around the village feels like going back to decades ago. There are also many photographing spots in the village. Tsz Shan Monastery is also nearby and the main attraction is the big Guan Yin statue that overlooks the whole cove. From the top of the Sam Mun Chai cape, we could see the whole of Plover Cove, its reservoir, Tai Mei Tuk and Tolo Harbour. On a clear day, the view expands to Ma On Shan and Science Park in Tolo Harbour.
