老實講，第一次食聖誕蛋糕，真係怕怕地，超甜，酒味又濃，可以用’唔喜歡’嚟形容，但係跟過Madam Delia Smith 個recipe做過一次之後, 真係改觀曬,發覺呢個Christmas Pudding 好有內涵, 樣樣材料恰到好處，係我食過咁多個Christmas pudding食譜之中，最平易近人。
