Ingredients: Sole 300g, Lemon 1 piece, Kenko Garlic Butter Sauce 2 tbsp, Coarsely minced onion 2 tbsp ,Minced garlic 1 tbsp, Black pepper 1 tsp, Salt 1/4 tsp, Bread crumb 3 tbsp, Cooking oil/ olive oil 1 tbsp,

Bake: 220 degree Celsius for 20 mins

啱啱嚟香港嘅時候90幾蚊一支, 而家喺’豬豬島’,50幾蚊就買到喇! 煮海鮮,牛油焗帶子,青口, 醃雞翼,豬扒,煮意粉都超方便! 放雪櫃仍然保持液體狀態, 無添加, 蒜香味濃沃, 用佢嚟醃肉,調味, 就已經好夠味!

材料: 龍利 300克 – Kenko 蒜蓉牛油醬 2湯匙 – 檸檬一個 – 洋蔥蓉 2湯匙 – 蒜蓉 1湯匙 – 黑胡椒 1茶匙 – 鹽 1/4茶匙 – 麵包糠 3湯匙 – 食油/ 橄欖油 1湯匙 –

220度焗25分鐘
