The weather is beginning to fall into the autumn, let’s cook a simple white soup series “Snow White Mushroom, White Radish and Tofu Soup”, which will be completed in only 30 minutes😊

 🌱White radish x 1

  👍🏻 White radish is also rich in sugars, sulforaphane, and various enzymes.  Among them, sulforaphane has a good antioxidant effect and can increase the body’s immunity 💪🏻

 🌱 Snow White Mushroom x 1 pack

  👍🏻 Water-soluble dietary fiber such as β-glucan contained in Snow White Mushroom can also inhibit sugar absorption.  🌱 Two slices of ginger

Share my own practice👩‍🍳

1️⃣ Heat up a wok on high heat, add olive oil, two slices of ginger, saute, then add snow white mushrooms, and salt

2️⃣Add the cut white radish and tofu, add the boiled water, enough to cover all the ingredients, then turn to medium heat and cook for 30 minutes, add a little salt and you can ✅

👍🏻 建議多吃薑,因生薑具有殺菌功效的薑辣素,蒸煮後會成為具有活血暖身功效的薑稀酚,熟薑的暖身效果比生薑高1.5倍💪🏻

分享一下自己做法👩‍🍳

1️⃣開大火燒熱隻鑊,放入橄欖油,兩片薑,爆香之後再加入雪白菇,放鹽

2️⃣加入已切好的白蘿蔔和豆腐,放入滾已滾好的水,足夠覆蓋所有材料,再轉為中火煲30分鐘,放少少鹽就可以✅
